Don’t bother going anywhere else. This is the place to get your car washed. The employees are great. Vacuums made it perfect.

I’ve been a member here on and off since they opened many years ago. Always loved the place, thought the wash was excellent and always recommended it to friends. Recently I went through the wash and when exiting realized that my windshield was cracked from top to bottom during the wash. I immediately pointed it out to an employee who agreed and even wrote in the incident report there was no visible pre-existing damage. I was immediately given a generic print out about windshield damage and car washes which indicated to me this must happen often. I was told the manager of the location would call me the next day or within 2 days at the absolute latest. I never heard a word so I called the corporate customer service line the follow week. The next day I received an email from the manager that he tried calling multiple times but somehow got a busy signal on my cell phone. I’m not accusing any one of lying but it’s pretty obvious that cell phones do not give a busy signal, so I’m not sure if the wrong number was dialed or they were having issues with their phone system or what happened. In the email I was asked to call to schedule a time to have the manager look at it. I made several at

I have tried the other automatic car wash establishments in the area and this is the best one. I have the unlimited wash and I find it well worth it especially in the winter. The employees are always nice and helpful. The wash itself does a very good job. It's nice to see that they don't skimp on the washing agents like the other places I have been. The brushes seem well adjusted to use just enough pressure to clean, other places would really knock my mirrors and sometimes pop a piece of roof trim. The under carriage wash is excellent, especially in winter. Gets all that salt and sand off making a big difference. I do like the wheel and tire shine. They get my rims pretty clean, my vehicle tends to have a lot of break dust and I'd say gets 95% of it off, unlike other places. All I have to do is give them a quick whipe when I get out. The tire shine is a nice coating, not too much. Other places it splatters and ends up getting all over my car. The spot free rinse and drying is very good. I come out almost completely dry. For those saying there's some streaks or drips are right. You get those in all automatic washes. You need to whipe it down when you get out. This is not the Jetso

Had bird shit on my hood, went through twice, still didn't take it off $18 wash. Then employee Katy said I needed an ultimate wash membership because my car looks like it hadn't been washed in a long time and the bird shit was "set in" all I wanted was the bird shit off my car, evidently $18 was not enough. Horrible service!

I went here today to wash my dog and vacuum my car! Love that the vacuums are free! That helps me tremendously. The dog wash was great except it took a long time for the water to get warm which sucks because I paid for the 10 minute wash! The wet dog vacuum is AMAZING helps get the hair dried faster and gets some of the loose fur out! Love coming here for my car too but didn’t need it today!
